We fulfill orders from either a U.S. warehouse or a warehouse in China, depending on the item. Each product page states where that item ships from.

U.S. warehouse

• Processing time: about 1-2 business day(s) • Transit time: about 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States 

Warehouse in China

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Transit time: about 7–9 days

We offer free shipping on eligible orders to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Our company contact address is in Chongqing, China. Our warehouses are fulfillment locations only—not our corporate headquarters.
